Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Beneath the Algorithm" event ("Event") co-hosted by Hello Humanity and the Regenerative Technology Group ("Organizers"). By attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Eligibility and Attendance

  • You must be at least 18 years old to attend.

  • Participation is by invitation and non-transferable without prior written approval from the Organizers.

  • The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior endangers the safety, ethos, or integrity of the Event.
     

2. Code of Conduct

  • The Event is a space for presence, curiosity, respect, and deep listening.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Sales pitches and unsolicited promotion are prohibited.

  • You agree to participate in a spirit of mutual care, respect, and collaboration.
     

3. Data Collection and Communication

  • By attending, you may provide personal information (e.g., name, email).

  • This information may be used for Event-related communications, including logistics, follow-up, or feedback.

  • You may withdraw your consent or request deletion of your information by contacting hello@aiforlife.world.
     

4. Media Release and Documentation

  • The Event may be recorded, photographed, or otherwise documented by the Organizers.

  • By attending, you grant permission for your likeness and voice to appear in such media for archival, educational, and promotional use.

  • You may opt out by notifying the Organizers in writing at least 72 hours prior to the Event.

  • Participants may not record or distribute others’ contributions without their explicit consent.
     

5. Intellectual Property

  • All presentations, materials, and content shared during the Event remain the intellectual property of their creators.

  • No content may be copied, republished, or reused for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
     

6. Technology and Third-Party Tools

  • The Event may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., RSVP or video conferencing systems).

  • Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
     

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

  • You attend the Event voluntarily and assume all risks associated with participation.

  • The Organizers are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from attendance or participation.
     

8. Event Modifications and Force Majeure

  • The Organizers reserve the right to modify the Event format, schedule, venue, or programming at any time.

  • In the event of circumstances beyond the Organizers’ control (e.g., natural disasters, public emergencies), the Event may be postponed, cancelled, or adapted. No refunds or alternate arrangements are guaranteed.
     

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, as the Event is organized and administered by U.S.-based entities, notwithstanding the Event’s physical location in Switzerland. Compliance with Swiss regulations will be observed where applicable.
